Mr. Shen Chang-Fang, Chairman of Zhen Ding Technology Group and a guiding figure in the global printed circuit board (PCB) industry, has demonstrated outstanding cross-domain integration and leadership capabilities, making exceptional contributions to the development of Taiwan's high-tech industry. On June 14, National Central University (NCU) held the "Ceremony Conferring an Honorary Doctorate upon Mr. Shen Chang-Fang" at the Grand Auditorium of its Teaching and Research Building.
