On June 12, 2025, Zhen Ding Technology Group (ZDT), the global leader in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, and Lunghwa University of Science and Technology (LHU) held a signing ceremony for a high-end technology talents training program. They officially announced that they will work together to launch a strategic alliance. Chairman Charles Shen of Zhen Ding Technology Group donated NT$10 million. Lunghwa University of Science and Technology will assist in training mainly Thai students to become middle and high-level technology talents that the group needs. Chairman Sun Tao-Heng of Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, General Manager Chen-Fu Chien and Deputy General Manager Vivian Yang of Zhen Ding Technology Group, Group Leader of the Thailand Trade and Economic Office (Taipei) Dheerangkun Uchino, and Investment Consultant Thira Kasansawad all witnessed this strategic cooperation in person.
