Retirement System

Zhen Ding spares no effort in recognizing and caring for its employees. Each year, the company holds a “Model Employee”selection event, where selected employees receive public recognition. Zhen Ding also rewards long-serving employees fortheir years of dedication to the company. Employees who have served for 10, 15, or 20 years or more are honored with a“Long-Serving Employee” badge and public recognition.

To care for employees’ post-retirement life and enhance their service spirit during their employment, Zhen Ding has established retirement plans in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act. For employees whose years of service are under a defined contribution plan, the company contributes 6% of their monthly salary to their retirement fund, which is deposited into individual labor pension accounts. Additionally, employees can choose to contribute an additional 0% to 6% of their monthly salary to their personal retirement accounts. When employees reach the statutory retirement age as specified by the government, they can apply to receive either a monthly pension or a lump-sum retirement payment from the government. The Company’s subsidiaries in China set aside pension insurance based on the mandatory ratio in accordance with the retirement and pension system required by the government of the People’s Republic of China. Pensions for all current and retired employees are organized and managed by local governments. At the same time, for retired employees, the Company conducts ex-ante visits for care and forums, guiding them on the procedures to follow. The Company also organizes retirement parties to express gratitude for employees’ years of service and presents retirement souvenirs as a token of care and appreciation. Employees who wish to return to work after retirement and meet the reemployment criteria may apply through the designated process. This provides continued opportunities for contribution, helps maintain a sense of social participation, and reduces the feeling of social isolation, thereby promoting social harmony and stability.

Fair Pay Policy
