Implementation of Awareness Education and Training for Prevention of Insider Trading:
●The company annually conducts the "General Knowledge
Awareness and Compliance Promotion Course" on the online
learning platform "Ding Sheng E-Learning College." The course
topics include integrity and honesty (including prevention of
insider trading), risk management, labor and
environmental policies, etc.
In 2025, from March 12 to June 30, a one-hour
educational promotion and assessment was
conducted for a total of 43,433 employee
participants. The presentation course remains
available on the learning platform after
completion for all employees to reference.
●The company regularly and irregularly provides
insiders with relevant information regarding
procedures for handling material inside
information, regulations related to insider
stock transactions, common practical
scenarios, and blackout periods before the
announcement of annual and quarterly financial
reports for their reference.
